DWI
State v. J. O. (Collin County)
In State v. J.O., Mr. Kazdoy's client was stopped for reckless driving while speeding through a shopping center. He told the officer he was too drunk to take the field sobriety tests. Mr. Kazdoy won a motion to suppress his statements, and he was found not guilty at trial.
Burglary of Habitation
State v. A. S. (Dallas County)
During State v. A.S., the complainant came home and heard noise upstairs. She called the police and the firm's client was found in the upstairs bedroom. The complainant stated that she does not know him. Ultimately, Mr. Kazdoy secured a not guilty jury trial verdict.
DWI
State v. M. S. (Dallas County)
